Jump Rope For Heart

What a terrific day it was on Friday!! We all showed off our skipping talent to our parents and community. We were raising money for the Heart foundation and are pleased with the contribution we made. It was also Daffodil Day in which we were raising money for the Cancer Society and it was great to see all of the spring colours coming out in our mufti outfits!

Thank you

We would like to say a huge thank you to all those involved with helping at/with the Waipuna Trail Ride. This was a very successful fundraiser for those involved and has helped us get closer to our financial targets. We truly appreciate all the effort involved to organize this event.

Star Student

Congratulations to Sarah O'Connor who was our STAR STUDENT for this fortnight. She has been putting in a big effort with all her work. She is enthusiastic about her learning and always willing to help out when asked. Keep it up Sarah!

Information reports

We have been learning how to structure an information report. The purpose of a report is to describe and classify information. Reports have a logical sequence of facts that are stated without any personal involvement from the writer. We do not use personal pronouns such as I, we, me etc

Check out our individual blogs for some of our examples...
